Things to Know During Your Stay

Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older

Photo ID is required to book and must be presented upon check-in

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Check-out time is before 12:00 noon

Maximum 6 occupants

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited

No animals or pets
-
No events, parties or large gatherings allowed

Avoid making any loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
-
Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited
-
No food or drinks of any kind are permitted in the bedrooms or sofa
-
No alcoholic beverages in hallways, elevators or common areas
-
Illegal activities or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited

Violation of any of these House Rules will result in immediate termination of your stay, your deposit will be forfeited.
Parking Garage

For your safety and convenience only guests with an electronic garage opener will be able to access the garage. This must be requested before your arrival.
Additional Considerations

No compensation will be given for any temporary interruption of Internet service.

Agape Andino is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In the event a guest misplaces something, please let us know so we can look for the item during the transition and cleaning period.

Agape Andino reserves the right to contact local authorities in response to altercations, disturbances, etc., within apartment limits.

A complete apartment assessment will be conducted after check out and compared to the assessment made prior to the arrival of each guest. If damage is found or if House Rules have been broken, a claim/report will be sent to the booking guest after check-out.
Fees as a Result of Violations

Unauthorized occupants beyond the number registered: $100.00 USD per person, per night.

Tampering with electronic devices, appliances, or electrical outlets (cameras, Internet connection, smoke/CO detector, etc.) will result in automatic cancellation of your stay (no refund will be given). Depending on the severity of the violation/damage, you may forfeit your deposit.

Cleaning fee (such as unwashed dishes, negligence to remove all trash, etc.) will be priced accordingly and deducted from deposit.

We keep a detailed inventory of every item in the apartment. Missing/damaged items (towels, pillows, plates, furniture, etc.) will be priced accordingly and deducted from deposit.
