Guests making the reservation should be at least 25 years old. A driver’s license or state/country issued ID must be provided at the time of booking. Cleaning and service fees are included in the rate.

NOTE: Nights can be added to your weekly or monthly booking option for $125.00 USD + applicable taxes.
(Example: A guest who wants to stay a total of 10 nights will request 1 week + 3 additional nights)
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
You may cancel your reservation without penalty within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation via email.
Partial Refund
If cancellation occurs at least 21 days before your check-in day, you will be refunded 50% of your paid reservation fee + full deposit amount.
No Refund
If cancellation occurs within 20 days of your check-in day, you will receive a travel credit valid for 1 year (365 days) from the time of cancellation. Credit is applicable towards the cost of your next stay at the time of your reservation, dates subject to availability. A full refund of your security deposit will be processed.

How to Make a Reservation?
Follow these 3 simple steps:

STEP 1 - Please fill out the form below with your basic information. We will get back to you shortly with our availability. You will be contact via text and/or email.

STEP 2 - Once we confirm availability, we will email you a Rental Terms Agreement for you to review and sign electronically. You are required at this point to submit your driver’s license or state/country issued ID via email or text. Names of the booking guest must be the same as the ID provided. Your information will remain confidential.

STEP 3 - To confirm your booking and secure your desired dates, you will receive information to make a payment of 50% of your accommodation fee. Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email from Agape Andino confirming your reservation with us! *Please note, your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is verified.

The remaining 50% balance + a refundable security deposit of $300.00 USD must be paid 7 days before arrival. Agape Andino reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the outstanding balance is not paid on or before the 7 days before your arrival date.
